How Long Does Delivery Take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours from time of ordering and delivered within 2–3 days from time of order. Express shipping options are available at extra cost for quicker delivery.

Do You Offer Free Delivery?

Yes, we proudly offer free UK Mainland delivery on all orders. *Remote location charges will apply to cover extra shipping costs*

Do You Ship Internationally?

As much as we would love to ship internationally, unfortunately at this current moment we do not due to harsher regulations regarding transport of perfumes internationally.

Can I Return A Product?

Yes, we accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or tampered fragrances unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that refunds may be refused or reduced if returned items show signs of excessive use, damage, tampering, or missing contents.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

• the item,
• packaging,
• and any damage.

Once reviewed, we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution where appropriate.

Please note that submitted photos may be reviewed for signs of digital manipulation, editing, or AI alteration as part of our verification process.
