Returns & Refund Policy

At Afford Aromas, we aim to provide high-quality fragrances at affordable prices while keeping delivery costs as low as possible for our customers.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in their original packaging and condition
  • Not show signs of tampering, damage, or excessive use

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or tampered fragrances unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,
  • faulty,
  • leaking,
  • or incorrect,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • the item,
  • packaging,
  • and any damage.

Once reviewed, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with either:

  • a replacement,
  • refund,
  • or suitable resolution.

In these cases, return shipping costs may be covered by us where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may be refused or partially deducted if returned items:

  • have been opened or used,
  • are not returned in their original condition,
  • or arrive damaged due to inadequate return packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Tampered products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (where stated)
  • Items returned outside of the return window
