Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
UK Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier services such as Royal Mail and Evri.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays outside of our control.
Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or order values. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be shown at checkout.
Remote Area Deliveries
Certain locations may incur additional delivery charges due to courier surcharges. This may include:
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands
- Other remote UK locations
Shipping costs for these areas will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information entered at checkout is correct.
We cannot be held responsible for:
- delayed deliveries,
- lost parcels,
- or additional charges
resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for additional redelivery costs.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Please note that parcels are only considered officially lost after the courier’s investigation period has passed.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
- the item,
- packaging,
- and any visible damage.
Submitted images may be reviewed for signs of digital editing, manipulation, or AI alteration as part of our verification procedures.
Fragrance Shipping Restrictions
Some fragrance products may be subject to courier restrictions due to alcohol content or shipping regulations.
We reserve the right to:
- change courier services,
- split shipments,
- or cancel orders to locations where shipping restrictions apply.
