Are your fragrances designer or original brands?

Our fragrances are inspired by popular designer scents but are not affiliated with any brand. We offer similar scent profiles at a more affordable price.

What does “inspired by” mean?

This means our fragrances are created to resemble the scent of well-known perfumes, giving you a similar experience without the high price.

How close are the scents to the originals?

Our fragrances are designed to closely match the scent profile of popular designer perfumes, though they are not exact copies.

How long do the fragrances last?

Longevity can vary depending on the fragrance, your skin type, and how it’s applied. Eau de Toilette and Eau de Parfum contain different concentrations of fragrance oil which means EDP will have more longevity over EDT. Most customers find the EDT fragrances last for several hours and EDP 8-12 hours+ We recommend using after applying moisturiser or vaseline to increase longevity or reapply throughout the day.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours from time of ordering and delivered within 2–3 days from time of order. Express shipping options are available at extra cost for quicker delivery.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we proudly offer free UK Mainland delivery on all orders. *Remote location charges will apply to cover extra shipping costs*

Do you ship internationally?

As much as we would love to ship internationally, unfortunately at this current moment we do not due to harsher regulations regarding transport of perfumes internationally.

Returns & Issues

Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns for unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or tampered fragrances unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging
  • Refunds may be refused if products have been excessively used or damaged after delivery

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • the product,
  • packaging,
  • and any damage.

Once reviewed, we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible with either a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.
